TERMS OF SERVICE:
By purchasing any of our plans you agree that you've read and fully understand the following statement. Please reach to me prior to purchasing if you have any questions.
1. I understand that my plan does NOT include and engineer's stamp. And, that if I need or want them to be engineered I will have to pay to use my own engineer, or pay to use one provided by Beechwood Home Services, Inc. I further acknowledge that I will need to provide my roof truss and floor system designs from my supplier prior to getting the plans engineered.
2. Some areas of North America have very strict engineering or energy requirements. Examples of this would be, but not limited to, earthquake-prone areas, or hurricane risk areas or additional insulation or deep footings. These specific building codes may require special construction details to meet those codes. I understand that those details are not typical and may require extra time to be able to complete, and that that time may be invoiced in addition to the cost of these plans. I will reach out to Beechwood Home Services prior to purchasing to confirm.
3. I understand that the plans drawn by Beechwood Home Services are drawn to meet typical North Carolina Residential Building codes, and that additional work may be need to edit the plans to meet different local codes or requirements.
4. I am fully aware that most plans for sale on this site are currently in a design phase only. The delivery of construction documents MAY NOT be instant. It is best for me to contact Beechwood Home Services prior to purchasing, in order to confirm the delivery timeline prior to purchasing.
5. I understand that cabinet and electrical layouts are not included in the plan sets.
6. I understand that these plans are site specific. I agree to provide the address or lot specific ID prior to purchasing. I further understand that I am not legally allowed to build this home more than once unless an agreement with Beechwood Home Services is in place.
7. I understand that all sales of house plans and customization/modifications are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given once my order has started the fulfillment process. Because of this, I agree to contact Beechwood Home Services prior to purchasing to clear up any questions or concerns I may have.
