Our estimates are guaranteed! Your invoice will never exceed our initial estimate for services.
Permit Applications Guarantee***
Any permit application forms completed by Beechwood Home Services, Inc. that are returned for missing or inaccurate information or if any forms are missing, we will work diligently to correct the issue as soon as possible, allowing you to resubmit the application as soon as possible.
Permit Guarantee*
If your local plan reviewer finds any fault in our plans we will make the revisions for free and complete them as soon as possible.
Structural Engineer Guarantee*
If your structural engineer sends back any revisions regarding the plans designed by Beechwood Home Services, Inc., we will make the revisions for free and complete them as soon as possible.
